Bob Whitehead
President & CEO
Bob is a seasoned pharmaceutical executive with more than 30 years of industry experience. He has worked in major pharmaceutical companies and emerging stage bioscience organizations both inside and outside the United States. He has led three companies through public marketing offerings, acquired product lines and companies, participated in numerous product launches and hired and mentored executives that are now leaders of other organizations. Bob is a co-founder of Slate. He resides in the Raleigh, North Carolina area and runs Slate’s operations there.
Cindy Whitehead
Cindy brings fifteen years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing and corporate communications to Slate. In her previous roles, she has been responsible for the global re-branding of a $2B pharmaceutical company, leading top ranking sales teams and developing brand platforms that have received the prestigious ADDY award. Cindy oversees Slate’s sales and marketing functions and is based in their Raleigh headquarters. She graduated as a Rowley academic scholar with a B.A. from Marymount University.
